The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") with borrowings at par on 09 January 2015 was 472.62 pence per share (ex income) and 484.28 pence per share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV was 461.73 pence per share (ex income) and 473.39 pence per share (cum income). The mid-market price at the close of business on 09 January 2015 was 519.50 pence per share.
