Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") at 12 December 2014 was 457.91 pence per share (ex income) and 468.56 pence per share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV is reduced by 9.80 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close of business on 12 December was 506.00 pence per share.
