The Board of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value (NAV Ex Income) at 31 October 2014 was 467.94 pence per share and NAV Cum Income was 477.31 pence per share. With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV is reduced by 8.00 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close of business on 31 October 2014 was 519.00 pence per share.
