Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") at 17 October 2014 was 444.17 pence per share (ex income) and 452.36 pence per share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV is reduced by 8.74 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close of business on 17 October was 488.00 pence per share.
