Net Asset Value - The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c.

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announces that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") at 11 July 2014 was 474.25 pence per share (ex income) and 483.38 pence per share (cum income). With the Corporation's long term debt stated at fair value, the NAV is reduced by 6.95 pence per share. The mid-market price at the close of business on 11 July was 515.50 pence per share.
