that Lonrho received a notification, dated 12 October 2007 from Blakeney
Management, that following the sale of 1,250,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each 
("Shares") on 1 October 2007 they now hold a notifiable interest in 16,707,644
shares, representing 5.19% of the total voting rights of the Company.  These
Shares are registered under Euroclear Nominees.
