The   resolution  to  acquire  Orient  Sourcing  Services
Limited by Lambert Howarth Group plc, as announced on  24
November  2000, has been passed in an EGM by shareholders
today.  Application  has  therefore  been  made  to   the
Financial  Services Authority for 1,436,781 ordinary  10p
shares to be admitted to the Official List and the London
Stock  Exchange  for  these shares  to  be  admitted  for
trading.  Dealing  will commence on  Friday  15  December
2000.
