PDMR Dealing
On 5 April 2022, the Company was notified by Justin Carter, MD -
Lounge and a PDMR, that he had sold 42,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 240p
per share and his spouse had purchased 42,000 ordinary shares at
the same price.
As a result of this sale and purchase, the beneficial holding of
Justin Carter and his closely associated persons remains unchanged
at 598,572* Ordinary Shares representing 0.58% per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Shares.
* included in the resultant holding of Justin Carter is an
interest in 89,719 Ordinary Shares which are held in the Company's
EBT and over which he has a restricted beneficial interest pursuant
to a joint share ownership plan.
