The Company has been informed that Ray Newman, Chairman of the Company, has
today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 27p per
share and 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 30p per share.

Ray Newman now has a beneficial interest in 1,308,970 ordinary shares
representing 36.3% of the Company's issued share capital.  In addition, Mr
Newman has a non-beneficial interest in 620,000 ordinary shares representing
17.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
