The issuer has made the following alteration to the Megalomedia Plc "Holding by 
London Finance & Investment Group plc" announcement released at 12:11 today.
The share price should read 22p and not 23p as previously stated.  
The rest of the text remains unchanged.


Lonfin Investments Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of London Finance &
Investment Group plc, today purchased 50,319 shares of Megalomedia plc at 22p
per share.

Lonfin Investments Limited and London Finance & Investment Group are companies
associated with David Marshall who is a director of Megalomedia.

This purchase increased Lonfin Investments' holding to 3,481,430 shares
representing 4.76 per cent of the issued share capital.
