The Company received notification on 2nd January 2001 that on 20th December
2000 London Finance and Investment Group PLC purchased 100,000 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
represents 0.135 per cent of the issued class.



London Finance and Investment Group PLC are now interested in 4,100,000
Ordinary Shares in Megalomedia, representing 5.5 per cent of the issued class.



David Marshall, a director of Megalomedia, is Chairman of London Finance and
Investment Group PLC and is beneficially interested in 9.02 per cent of the
ordinary shares of London Finance and Investment Group PLC.
