TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES AND CORRECTION RE. TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that it has today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in LCG, at a price of 31.92p per ordinary share, to be placed into Treasury. Upon settlement of the above transaction, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 55,800,908 ordinary shares, of which 55,755,908 ordinary shares in issue carry voting rights and of which 45,000 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The above figure (55,755,908) represents the total number of voting rights in the company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company also announces that it wishes to make an amendment to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released this morning at 7.00a.m. The announcement incorrectly stated that the Company's issued share capital issue following the buy-back would be 55,770,908 ordinary shares. This figure should have stated 55,800,908 ordinary shares, of which 55,770,908 carry voting rights and 30,000 held in Treasury. All other details remain unchanged.
