                KimCor Diamonds plc ("KimCor" or the "Company")

                                Issue of shares

KimCor, a diamond producing and exploration company with properties in South
Africa, announces that it has issued 1,439,263 ordinary shares of 0.5p each to
satisfy the second tranche of the placing to Coffee House Group Limited ("Coffee
House") announced on 15 May 2007 ("Placing"). Application has been made for the
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 6 July 2007.

As previously disclosed, the proceeds of the Placing are being applied to meet
costs incurred in installing the water piping and waste conveyor systems at the
Company's Bellsbank plant and to provide working capital for the Company.

The total number of voting rights in the Company following the issue of shares
is 67,191,859.

Following the issue of the shares, Coffee House holds 11,878,526 ordinary shares
of 0.5p each, representing 17.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital as enlarged by the Placing.
