Grant of Options

The company announces that on 30 April 2015 the executive directors shown below were granted awards of share options over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 2015 and 2025 and the exercise price will be 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.

Following the above award, Mr Smith is interested in 47,683 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 227,500 Ordinary Shares.
