The Company announces that on 5(th) January 2015, Ian Godden,
the Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of
2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of

Following the transaction, Mr Godden has beneficial interest in
