TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Company today wishes to clarify its issued share capital in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

On 17 October 2014 the Company confirmed its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 81,783,531 ordinary shares of which a total of 214,000 ordinary shares were held in treasury. The Board of the Company has been informed by its share options advisers that there was an administrative mistake in May 2014 following the exercise of options which led to 35,311 ordinary shares being incorrectly entered onto the Company's share register. The administrative mistake has now been corrected and therefore the Company's issued ordinary share capital has reduced by 35,311 ordinary shares. These shares had not been admitted to trading.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company today confirms that as at close of business on 10 December 2014 its issued share capital comprised 71,748,220 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The Company holds 214,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is therefore 81,534,220 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 81,534,220 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, KBC Advanced Technologies plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
