DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The company announces that the executive directors shown below were today granted awards of share options over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") under the company's Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 2014 and 2024 and the exercise price will be 2.5p per share. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.

These awards were in recognition of the promotion of Mr Howell and Mr Smith to directors of the Company earlier in 2014. It is the Company's intention to make a further award to Mr Howell in 2015 to recognize his appointment as Chief Executive Officer effective 1 January 2015.

Number of Shares over which award made: 25,000

Following the above award, Mr Howell holds options over 234,000 Shares.

Following the above award, Mr Smith is interested in 21,790 Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 170,000 Shares.

The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 81,783,531 Shares.
