were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value 
("Shares") under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost 
options.  The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, 
between 24 March 2012 and 23 June 2013.  No consideration was paid for the grant 
of the awards.
