AGM Statement

17th March 2008

Following  the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today,  the
Board  announces  that all of the Ordinary Resolutions put to shareholders  were
passed.   In  addition, one Special Resolution was passed which will  allow  the
Company  to  make market purchases of up to 14,226,361 Geared Growth shares  and
14,226,361 Zero Dividend Preference shares, representing 14.99% of the Company's
issued share capital.
