Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc ("JLT") - Voting Rights and Capital

Pursuant to provision 5.6 of the EU Transparency Directive JLT notifies the market that the issued share capital of JLT did not increase in February. Consequently, as at 28 February 2017, the issued share capital of JLT consisted of 219,037,876 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.

JLT currently holds 1,143,131 Treasury shares, which do not hold voting rights, so the total number of voting rights in JLT is 219,037,876.

The above figure (219,037,876) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, JLT under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
