Following the announcement made on 15(th) March 2013 regarding the appointment to the Board of Lord Sassoon from 30(th) April 2013, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc confirms that in addition to his existing directorships of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited, Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited, Hongkong Land Holdings Limited and Mandarin Oriental International Limited (all members of the Jardine Matheson Group), he was previously a director of The Merchants Trust PLC and retired from that board in May 2010.

There are no further details requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
