INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS LIMITED
RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (the 'EGM')
Further to the announcement of 12 April 2017, International
Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP' or the 'Company') is pleased to
announce that, at the EGM held at 10.00 am on 5 May 2017, to seek
the approval of shareholders to empower the Board to allot up to
520,000,000 Ordinary Shares for cash, without consideration of the
pre-emption provisions contained within the Articles, the
resolution was duly passed without amendment.
The full text of the Resolutions and the notice convening the
EGM is set out in the circular published by the Company on 12 April
2017 and may be obtained from the Company's website,
(http://www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com).

Against 4,356,782 1.29%
Total votes cast 338,790,334
3,534,947 votes were withheld. A vote withheld is not a vote in
law and is therefore not counted towards the proportion of votes
"for" or "against" the Resolution.
