Intandem Films Plc, the London based international film group, announces that 
on 28 January 2011, it issued options over 9,250,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company to directors and certain staff at an exercise price of 6 pence per 
share being a premium of 9.09% on the closing price of 5.5p on 28 January 2011. 
The options are exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant. 
The options granted are subject to certain performance criteria having been 
achieved, specifically operating and pre-tax profits must exceed GBP500,000 by 
the year ending 30 June 2014. 
 
The options, which represent in aggregate 7.9% of the existing share capital of 
the Company, have been issued to the directors and employees as follows:
