About Catweazle
As with the original story, the movie will tell the tale of an
eccentric wizard called Catweazle who is on the run from invading
Normans after accidentally starting the Battle of Hastings. After
casting a rather hopeless spell to aid his escape, Catweazle is
accidentally cast into the future and travels through time to the
present day. With the help of farmer's son 'Carrot', and his rather
wayward magic powers, Catweazle endeavours to find out how to get
back to the year 1066 with some hilarious adventures on the
way...he might even get to use some 'elektrickery'!
