                                Trading Update

Intandem Films, the AIM quoted London based international film group, is
pleased to provide a trading update ahead of the publication of its report and
accounts for the year ended 30 June 2010 which are scheduled for release in
November 2010. Whilst revenues are expected to be behind those for the year
ending 30 June 2009 the Company expects to show the reduction of losses,
demonstrated in the interims published on 4 March 2010, continuing for the full
year.

Trading for the current financial year has started well with sales being
concluded with UK distributors for both The Kid and Beneath Hill 60. The Kid is
expected to be released in cinemas and Beneath Hill 60 on DVD in the UK during
September 2010.

The Veteran concluded shooting in London during August 2010 and is expected to
be completed in the first quarter of 2011. Discussions are ongoing with a
number of UK and international distributors regarding this project.

Intandem has added to its library of completed films, having been appointed as
the sales company for TELSTAR, directed by Nick Moran and starring Kevin Spacey
and James Corden. TELSTAR is a music-infused drama about Joe Meek, the
flamboyantly gay, tone deaf, songwriter-producer behind the '60s hits "Have I
the Right," "Just Like Eddie," "Johnny, Remember Me" and "Telstar". The Company
is currently finalising North American distribution for this film.

Intandem's strategy is to secure worldwide sales rights for films in the
$10m-$25m budget range. The Company is currently in negotiations to close the
financing on four such films. Whilst it is taking longer to conclude than
originally anticipated, the Company is confident of a successful outcome, which
will significantly increase revenue in the form of sales commission.

Commenting on the news Gary Smith, CEO at Intandem said:

"We are encouraged by Intandem's progress and we look forward to updating the
market in the annual accounts, which are expected to demonstrate a significant
reduction in losses for the period and will be published in November.

"Telstar is a welcomed addition to our library of completed films, which now
stands at 30. We have various other projects in the pipeline and, despite
negotiations often taking longer than expected, we are pleased that a number of
these projects are now nearing completion.

"It is also noteworthy that the Company's cost base can be predetermined with
reasonable accuracy, which means the business model is very highly leveraged. A
significant increase in revenue will lead to a greater proportionate increase
in profitability and this is what we are working towards."

Notes to Editors

Intandem Films

Intandem Films plc (www.intandemfilms.com) is a London based international film
company. It specialises in raising finance for commercial feature films and
selling them to distributors around the world. The Company earns fees for
arranging the financing for the films' production and generates commission on
all sales secured.

Intandem closely manages the risk associated with the film industry and does
not invest in films from its own resources. Its highest profile film to date
was `How To Lose Friends and Alienate People' starring Simon Pegg, Jeff Bridges
and Megan Fox - for which Intandem raised the finance and sold the film to
distributors such as Paramount, Warners and MGM.

The Veteran

Directed by Matthew Hope and starring Toby Kebbell, Brian Cox and Bashy, The
Veteran is a story about a young soldier returning home from Afghanistan who is
offered a job in clandestine surveillance of suspected terrorists. He becomes
obsessed with saving a young Anglo-Asian woman from a group of fanatics. When
his plan to assassinate the fanatics is sabotaged by the security services, who
have their own hidden agenda, his rage spirals out of control with bloody
consequences.

TELSTAR

Directed by Nick Moran and starring Kevin Spacey and James Corden, TELSTAR is a
music-infused drama about Joe Meek. Set against a backdrop of early 60's
London, TELSTAR is the story of the world's first independent record producer,
Joe Meek. A maverick genius who enjoyed phenomenal early success with TELSTAR -
the biggest selling record of it's time - before bad luck, depression,
heartbreak and paranoia forced him into murder and suicide. A gay amphetamine
addict, talented but deeply troubled soul, Meek dabbled in the occult. He is
already an iconic figure in the world of British pop. Far from being in maudlin
tale, this stranger than fiction true story is a satirical comic drama
revealing the many sides of Joe Meek, a man who is now revered as a pioneer in
the field of popular music.
