                                GRANT OF OPTIONS 
 
Intandem  Films plc (the "Company") announces that it has today granted  options 
to  its  directors,  as  set  out below, over 14,500,000  new  ordinary  shares, 
representing 17.43 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company, 
at  an  exercise price of 0.84 pence per share.  In addition, it has  granted  a 
further  1,600,000  options  with  the same  exercise  price  to  certain  other 
employees of the Company. 
 
All of the options mentioned above will be exercisable for a period of ten years 
commencing  on  the third anniversary of grant, and will be exercisable  on  the 
condition  that  the Company has made a pre-tax profit in any year  to  30  June 
2013.
