Intandem Films plc

                                Trading Update

The Board of Intandem Films plc ("Intandem" or the "Company") today issues the
following update on trading:

Feature Films

How to Lose Friends and Alienate People ("Friends")

Intandem is the Executive Producer and worldwide sales company for Friends,
which is a $27million comedy starring Simon Pegg ("Hot Fuzz"), Kirsten Dunst
("Spiderman franchise), Megan Fox ("Transformers" franchise), Gillian Anderson
("X Files" franchise) and Jeff Bridges ("Ironman"). Intandem has now licensed
the film to most territories in the world and it will be released by Paramount
in the UK and MGM in North America on October 3rd 2008. Paramount has indicated
that Friends will be released on at least 450 screens in the UK and MGM has
indicated that it will be released on at least 1750 screens across North
America making it one of the largest film releases in those countries during
its opening weekend. The film is due for release in many other countries before
the end of 2008 and is Intandem's biggest commercial success to date.

Sounds Like Teen Spirit ("Teen Spirit")

Intandem is the worldwide sales company on Teen Spirit which is a popular
documentary based on the lead up to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The
film was screened in the documentary section at the recent Toronto Film
Festival and received excellent reviews.

Update on new films

Intandem has been working on building up its slate of future films and expects
several new films to commence production during the next six months. As
previously stated, its target budget range is between $15m to $40m as this
range should attract a commercial script, a high quality and experienced
director and actors who increase the chances of an international cinema
release.

Intandem has been appointed as executive producer and international sales
company on two films which should commence production in the next six months.
Intandem is entitled to a fee from the budget of each film and commission on
all sales achieved.

Blown

Blown is a $16.5m espionage thriller set in London directed by Martha Fiennes
and set to star Samuel L. Jackson and Thandie Newton. Intandem has achieved
presales of approximately $5m for the film which is due to commence production
in November 2008.

Islands in the Stream ("Islands")

Islands will be directed by and star Tommy Lee Jones ("Men In Black", "The
Fugitive", "No Country For Old Men"). Intandem has achieved pre sales of over
$5million for the film and is in advanced stages of negotiations to close the
finance for the production, which has a budget of $32million. Islands is based
on the Ernest Hemingway novel of the same name and is due to commence
production in Puerto Rico in the first quarter of 2009.

Intandem is in negotiations to represent several other films which, together
with Blown and Islands, have a total combined budget in excess of $130million.

Radical Publishing Inc ("Radical")

As previously reported, Intandem owns a 10% stake in Radical, a Los Angeles
based comic book publisher and the only trading company of its parent company,
Blatant Entertainment. Intandem is pleased to announce that Radical has raised
$5.3million via its holding company, Blatant Entertainment, for a 12% stake,
which will be invested into the working capital of Radical, and the development
of feature films based on the comic book characters.

Radical commenced publishing comic books in May 2008 and has so far published
five comic books and is anticipating publishing up to twenty publications by
the end of the first half of 2009. Radical's main focus is in turning the comic
books into major feature films with international appeal.

it is expected that some of the films will be sold to major studios and to
date, one such film, "Hercules" has been licensed to a production company,
Spyglass and the major studio, Universal for development, production and
distribution. Intandem is negotiating to raise finance for three of Radical's
films, each of which is expected to have a budget of at least $30million. This
is a significant opportunity for Intandem, and it intends to work closely with
Radical in achieving Radical's objectives of becoming a major intellectual
property company, focussed on comic books and major feature films, over the
next five years.

Announcement of Results and Trading Outlook

Intandem will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2008
by the middle of November. The operating losses are expected to be reduced but
the overall pre-tax loss will increase slightly as a result of higher interest
charges.

As previously reported, several films, including Blown and Islands in the
Stream were delayed for various reasons, the main one being the threat of an
actor's strike in June which has now been diverted. The directors believe that
the slate of films which Intandem is building is the strongest that they have
been involved with in 15 years in the feature film business and are looking
forward to announcing further progress and initiatives with the results in
November.
