                 Intandem successfully acquires shareholding in
                               Radical Publishing

LONDON - 23 July 2007; Intandem Films PLC, (the "Company" or "Intandem"), the
AIM-listed, international film Company today announces that it has made a 5 per
cent investment in the issued share capital of Radical Publishing Inc., the US
comic book and graphic novel company, and has been appointed as international
sales agent and executive producer for both Radical Publishing Inc and its
sister movie production business Blatant Pictures.

Radical was formed in late 2006, has nominal net assets and has not yet reported
a profit however, the directors believe that it holds intangible assets which
have the potential to be of significant value to the Company.

This transaction follows on from the announcement made on 11 July 2007, that
Intandem had successfully completed the US$27 million production financing for
the star-driven feature film How to Lose Friends and Alienate People ("the
Film"), which is the largest independent film currently in production in the UK.

Commenting on the investment, Gary Smith, Chairman & Chief Executive, Intandem
said:

"We are very excited about this deal as it allows Intandem access to a growing
intellectual property portfolio that has been created by Radical Publishing.
This strategic investment gives us the scope to move into channels outside the
movie industry.

Commercially, it fits perfectly into our strategy of providing a further source
of quality commercial product for studios and distributors, allowing Intandem to
be involved with movie opportunities at a very early stage. The Board views this
as a long-term strategic investment that meets our business philosophy."

In addition to the above investment Intandem will work closely with Radical
Publishing by acting as the sales agent for both them and Blatant Pictures
output, with Intandem receiving executive producer credits on projects with the
remit to source financing for all forthcoming products, whilst also
participating in all Radical Publishing merchandising, film, TV and animation
revenue opportunities.

Barry Levine, President & Publisher, Radical Publishing Inc. commented:

"The team at Intandem really understand Radical Publishing's goal and vision.
Out of all the potential business partners, Intandem saw beyond the comic book
content. They share our desire to give people quality. I am looking forward to
working with Gary and his team as they help us expand in movies and beyond."
