Intandem received notification on 3 April 2007 that Lee Robert Morton bought in
aggregate 750,000 Intandem ordinary shares and as a result now holds an
interest in 4,450,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each of the Company (with an
equal amount of voting rights), representing approximately 5.35 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 83,175,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p
each.
