Intandem Films plc ("Intandem", "the Company")

Annual General Meeting Statement

Intandem Films plc, the AIM listed feature film executive producer and
international sales company, is pleased to announce that all ordinary
resolutions and special resolutions were passed at this morning's Annual
General Meeting.

In addition, Gary Smith, the Chairman, made the following announcement.

"In November I stated that the outlook for the Company has strengthened
considerably and your Board is very pleased with the continued progress that
has been made. The Company has added ownership rights in four completed films
via a financing agreement with a US funder which released a net $1.82m to
Intandem as announced on 21 November 2006. I am please to report that the
Company has agreed to acquire one new film under this funding arrangement and
the financing transaction is expected to be completed this week which is
expected to release a further $700,000 to Intandem.

We are also delighted to announce initiatives on four new films which your
board believes reflects the hard work undertaken over the last 12 months and
illustrates the progress which your company is making in achieving its
objective of becoming a leading international film company.

Principal photography has been completed on two new films for which Intandem
has been appointed as worldwide sales company, namely, "And When Did You Last
See Your Father?" a drama starring Colin Firth and Jim Broadbent, and
"GallowWalker" starring Wesley Snipes.

Intandem has been appointed as the international sales company for all
territories outside North America, for "HoundDog", a powerful and controversial
drama which stars top American child actress, Dakota Fanning ("War of the
Worlds" and "Charlotte's Web") and Robin Wright Penn. Intandem will be
representing HoundDog at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City USA from
January 20th where the film will be premiering with four screenings.

Casting and financing has commenced on Intandem's next film, "How to Lose
Friends and Alienate People" based on the best selling book by Toby Young. The
budget is anticipated to be approximately $20million and will be the largest
budget film in which Intandem has been involved to date. It is expected to
commence production in the summer of 2007.

The total budgets of the above four films are approximately $50million and your
board expects to generate significant commissions from these films over the
next 12-18 months. The board's target of achieving production budget targets of
at least $60million per annum from 2007 should be exceeded and the benefits
will be particularly visible from the year ending 30 June 2008."
