  The board of the Company is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per C share (2009: nil). 


 




  The interim dividend will be paid by 28 May 2010 to the C shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 21 May 2010. The C shares will be marked ex-dividend on 19 May 2010.
