Transmissions  International NV (the Company) confirms  that, as at the close of 
business on 27 July 2011, it has: 670,104,208 ordinary shares of no par value in 
issue  (the  International  Securities  Identification  Number  for  the  Hansen 
ordinary  shares is BE  0947727377), all with equal  voting rights. In addition, 
the  Company  has  10,297,700 warrants  in  issue,  each  carrying  the right to
