Property disposal

Hurlingham plc ("Hurlingham") announces that on 13 June 2006 it exchanged
contracts for the dispoal of 9a, 9b and 9c Edith Grove, London SW3 and the
freehold of the building for a cash consideration of #660,000. The transaction
will complete on 6 July 2006. The property was valued at #650,500 as at the date
of the last report and accounts. The sale proceeds will be used to reduce
Hurlingham's bank borrowings.
