Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of 29,703
ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted in favour of HPS Property
Ltd who act as trustees for the Hercules Property Services PLC All Employee
Share Ownership Plan. It is expected that Admission will become effective and
that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 21 March 2002.
