Honeywell's Board Of Directors Reaffirms Full
Commitment To GE/Honeywell Merger
MORRIS TOWNSHIP, New Jersey, June 18, 2001 - The Board of Directors of
Honeywell (NYSE: HON) met today and reaffirmed the company's full commitment to
its pending merger with General Electric (NYSE; GE.). The Honeywell Board said
it expects that GE will do everything possible to secure regulatory approval for
the transaction.
