Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces that Navajo International 
Holdings Ltd ("Navajo"), an entity related to Roberto Danino, one of the 
Company's Executive Directors, has sold a total of 225,000 Ordinary Shares in 
the Company (the "Shares"). 
 
149,266 Shares were sold on 22 September 2010 at a price of GBP4.213356 per 
Share and 75,734 Shares were sold today at a price of GBP4.1806 per Share. 
 
These transactions, which were notified to the Company today, were completed on 
the London Stock Exchange. 
 
Following these transactions, Navajo retains an interest in 500,000 Shares.
