The Gym Group plc announces that Philip Newborough and David Burns have resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Penny Hughes, Chairwoman of The Gym Group plc, commented:

Philip was the founding investor of The Gym along with John Treharne in 2007 and has been instrumental in helping support the business in its growth over the years.
