Block Listing Application

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 400,000 new ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the Company to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in order to satisfy the regular issue of shares from time to time under the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan.

The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on 22(nd) December 2020.

Note: As at 18 December 2020 Entain has 585,030,532 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in issue and the total number of voting rights is 585,030,532.
