that I have, today, been informed of a change to the interests previously
notified to you.  The shares are held on behalf of clients by Bell Nominees, 
Tudor Nominees and R&R Nominees, all subsidiary companies of Henderson
Crosthwaite Ltd a member of this Group.  The holdings amount to 7.33% of the
shares in issue are as follows
