Notification of interest

Please note that the above announcement should have stated that City Equities
Limited had purchased 8,215,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.8 pence representing 5.89
per cent of the enlarged issued share capital instead of 8,125,000 Ordinary
Shares as was indicated in the announcement. The 8,215,000 Ordinary Shares have
been sold to certain of their private customers as previously stated and thus
City Equities no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
