Notification of interest

The following information falls to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 15, and
as required by Sections 198 to 208 of the Companies Act 1985.

The Company was notified today that City Equities Limited ("City Equities ")
purchased 8,125,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.8 pence representing approximately 5.89
per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company,following the
recent placing. The shares of the Company were admitted to trading on 9 March
2004 and the Company was also notified today that City Equities, acting as
Principal, sold 8,125,000 Ordinary Shares to certain of their private customers
on that same day.

Therefore, City Equities no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
