Director Acquires Shares

On 21 December 2007 Gippsland Director Dr John M Chisholm informed the Company
that on 21 December 2007, Mandu Superannuation Fund Pty Ltd, of which Dr John
Chisholm is a director, acquired 2,260,000 Ordinary Shares via the exercise of
2,260,000 A$0.09 options.

This acquisition brings Dr Chisholm's interested holding in the Company to
2,420,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.91% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
