CHANGE OF DIRECTOR'S INTEREST

Gippsland Directors were informed today that Dr John M Chisholm acquired 100,000
ordinary shares in the Company through an on-market trade on 17 November 2006 at
a price of A$0.10 per share. Dr Chisholm's interest in Gippsland is now 150,000
ordinary shares or 0.07%.
