ISSUE OF OPTIONS

The Company announces that it has issued 2,250,000 unlisted options over new
ordinary shares to Paul Sims, the Company's CFO, as part of his remuneration
package. The exercise price for these options is A$0.15 per share and they are
exercisable on or before 31 December 2007.
