GGG Resources plc is pleased to announce the lodgement of its ASX secondary 
listing replacement prospectus following a review by the Australian Securities 
and Investments Commission (ASIC). 
 
The Company is now able to accept applications for its secondary listing on the 
Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). 
 
GGG Resources PLC is seeking to raise up to A$ 9 million at A$ 40 cents per 
share.

While the Prospectus is available on the Company's website, the offer for
