GGG Resources plc has been notified by Peter Ruxton and Paul McGroary, both 
directors of the Company, of share purchases today. 
 
Peter Ruxton purchased 500,000 shares at 12.5p. 
 
Paul McGroary purchased 440,000 shares, 170,000 at 12.15p and a further 270,000 
at 12.5p. 
 
Following the above transactions Messrs Ruxton and McGroary have the following
