Central China Goldfields plc announces that the first payment for the sale of 
the Nimu Project has been received in the account of the Company's 100% owned 
Chinese-registered company called Chengdu Zhong Cheng Mining Technology 
Development Company. 
 
As per the agreement, the payment of RMB 21.3 million (approximately GBP 1.8 
million) was sent before the 12th of August 2009.
