   Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Articles of Association of 
Foresight Solar Fund Limited (the "Company") that an Extraordinary 
General Meeting of the Company will take place at Elizabeth House, 9 
Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RT on 23 April 2015 at 10.00am. 
 
   The Company's Notice of the 2015 Extraordinary General Meeting has also 
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be 
available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
