Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) ("Fluormin" or the "Company") was notified yesterday that Jeff Kofsky, a director of the Company, purchased 7,000 shares in the Company at a price of 54p per share on Monday 1 November 2011.

Following the above transaction, Mr Kofsky holds 7,000 shares in the Company representing 0.01 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
