Results of Voting - Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Finsbury Food Group Plc was held
today at 9.00 a.m. at the Parkgate Hotel, Westgate Street, Cardiff,
CF10 1DA.
The Company is pleased to confirm that all nine resolutions put
to shareholders were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 7 were
passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 8 and 9 were passed
as special resolutions.
The results of the poll (including proxy votes) were as

company, Lightbody Stretz Ltd, which supplies and distributes the
Group's UK-manufactured products and third-party products,
primarily to Europe, and the Company's manufacturing facilities in
Rybarzowice and Zywiec in Poland.
